I'll chime in as well. Will be 40 on January, my previous car was a Hyundai Veloster Turbo. I was looking to replace it with another Veloster, but no one could get the Trim I wanted and no dealer bother to place an order for it. Then I was introduced to the C-HR and It almost looks like a fatter, taller, Veloster. So I bought it and LOVE IT..

happy to her you’re loving the new ride... since we don’t have a hybrid option here in the states can ask what are the listed (city/highway)m.p.g.’s of the hybrid ?

Fuel consumption wasn't the mane reason that we got the CHR.
Our other 2 cars are about 18MPG or less :) :) :)

Toyota claims 3.7L/100Km = 63.5MPG average

Realistic combinent average is 5.7L/100 km = 41MPG

I believe that was one of Toyota's first misconceptions surrounding this car. They made the styling of the car in a way they believed would attract younger drivers, but unfortunately those looking for something small and sporty found that its performance wasn't quite up to par. This coupled with the fact that it doesn't really offer any smart phone technology (Apple car play/ Android Auto), makes it an ever tougher sell for millennials.

Just got my C-HR last Thursday.
Burgundy with white top - no rails.

Needed second "newer" vehicle to compliment my aging 2010 RAV4 (175k miles).

2022 C-HR Nightshade Edition, Metal Gray/Blacked out.

After reading and collecting the responses here it looks like the car is attracting a midlife crisis more than the college kid. It makes sense, as college kids are in massive dept. in a sluggish post-COVID economy. They're lucky if they can purchase a used 79 Ford Pinto at this point.

I would say this is more of a GenX aesthetic than GenZ. I'm just missing the neon under glow and 500" sub woofers that rattle your gums and paint playing drop bass-remixed Boys to Men. Cuz that how we do.

GenZ just want to walk around in grandma sweaters and gentrified mullets. They don't care about no damn red neck'in exhaust.
