Weather, petrol & parking not working

Hi, we've just purchased a Toyota chr excel 1.8 (2019) and we're struggling to set up the infotainment system.

We've connected our phones, the there'd to the internet and downloaded the mytoyota app, but the weather, fuel and parking bits still aren't working.

Bluetooth is working for music and calls, sat nav works, and the glass of water app works fine.

Has anyone else had this issue and/or know a resolution?
