I noticed if nobody is sitting in the passenger seat, does the SRS warning light "Air Bag Off Passenger" to the right of the radio, stay on and blink even while driving and or when the car is parked / turned off?
Im guessing thats how it supposed to be and is being caused by a sensor and or no passenger detected, the passenger seat belt is not connected.
My bad, I found out its 2 different lights. 1 is the engine immobilizer light that blinks when the car is off and 2 the Passenger Air Bag light (on or off) stays on while the car is running with or without a passenger in the seat.
