The LED lights for Prius and Lexus CT200H are same as for C-HR.
I got a set for Prius and it fits perfect.

I purchased and got THESE ONES Delivered today. Installed and I am very happy. They are very bright. The license plate bulb housing does not seem to have any reflector build in. So i think any LED Bulb that has lights all around will be a waste (like the ones I got) however they are indeed bright.

Images attached, but we all know how hard it is to get an accurate representation of light (brightness) output on camera.

P.S. It takes a T10 / 194 Bulb size

First two images show the LED on the left and the Halogen bulb on the right.
That last image shows all LED (Take a notice on the light reflected on the driveway by the license plate LED bulbs)

did you follow that you tube video all those straps are required just to change the bulbs for the license plate? i would think there has to be a easier way to access them?

Well that seems like a huge pain to swap out a couple bulbs. Guess we should be happy that there's a video guide on how to do it properly. Pretty substantial difference from the factory lights though.
