Toyota has announced it's recalling thousands of C-HR and Prius Plug-In Hybrid vehicles.
Safety recalls have been issued by Toyota over safety concerns about certain models in the US.
Approximately 28,600 Model Year 2018 C-HR vehicles.

Just found this article about C-HR being recalled... Seems like the problem is in C-HR's electronic parking brake system. "This potential fault could cause the parking brake to not disengage after it is applied or prevent it from being applied." Did this issue occur with your C-HR? Toyota says that they will fix each vehicle by updating the software to correct EPB for free.
