Rattle noise

Mine had a rattle back there so I lifted the cover and made sure the jack was secure and it was so I put a folded up towel in the storage hole in the mold above the the spare tire and rattle went away.I think the mold moves around when empty.Fixed mine so far

I have just received my 20 plate chr and had the rattle that your experiencing. You will find the plate that surrounds the back brakes is causing the rattle . I rectified this by putting my hand through the wheel and just push the plate back a tad . I noticed this when I kicked my back tyre and heard the rattle noise . It is now rattle free I hope this helps 👍

same problem with a 2020 plate CH-R! 4500 miles and has devolved a really annoying rattle. This occurs when going over slightly rough terrain or speed bumps!The sound seems to be on the drivers side at the back. Almost like the boot haven’t been fastens properly. Checked everything over and can’t find a particular problem but have headed all of your advice on hear and bent the wheel plated a little, put a cloth in the grove of the boot lid, checked the reg plate. Hopefully it might help. Really annoyed it is merely 3 months old.

Put a dab of silicone spray or grease on the rubber blocks that are on the boot opening there’s one ether side that’s another cause if rattle I found

I’ve had mine just under a year now and apart from those 2 issues and dust settling on the piano black plastic I’m really pleased with it

Just purchase 2019 Chr man is she hard on gas, doing a lot in town driving, starring three times a day to warm up 14-16 L / 100kms

Mine has same thing sounds like Socket bouncing around in the rear Trunk
