We’ll be seeing the production ready C-HR at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show but until then, Toyota has released another teaser.
The first time we saw one was back in November last year and that was just a close up shot of the rear window with the Scion emblem. Now Toyota is teasing us with the production model’s body outline which looks tamer when compared to the dramatic styling we saw in its concept model.
It appears to have a more rounded and taller roofline along with larger headlights that still retains the general shape from the concept model. The main grille seems to have been placed lower on the bumper and we could possibly see two smaller side grilles with the way that line curves upwards towards the headlight, showing an area with more depth than the rest of the bumper. What’s interesting is that the C-HR is supposed to be a five door crossover but all you see in the teaser is one door handle and there doesn’t seem to any space in the body outline for another door. This is all just speculation based on a rendering but it’s enough to get our imagination running.
The production ready C-HR will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month and we can expect it to come in a hybrid variant when it launches, maybe even a gas variant sometime in the future too.
