Every time i add my contacts into favorites it erases once i re enter the car. Can't figure out why it removes my saved contacts!! Please help. This is for 2019 C-HR Limited

Same problem here. I refuse to use the toyota app/USB connection trash though.Every time i add my contacts into favorites it erases once i re enter the car. Can't figure out why it removes my saved contacts!! Please help. This is for 2019 C-HR Limited
