I've never heard of Toyota's infotainment systems being hacked. What except customizable welcoming screen can you modify with a jailbreak? I might consider hacking it too.Does hacking/jailbreaking the infotainment void my car warranty?
I can’t believe that the base model doesn’t have a customizable welcomeing screen.
Also feel free to post your suggestion/insight here about hacking the infotainment.
This system is widely used in different Toyota vehicles. Some may want to check other forums ...if only we can get a copy of the firmware from Pioneer, that would be helpful. We can backdoor it and add new features.
