Hi I have a similar issue on 2020 CHR. How did yours get resolved?

Like many of you here I have issues too! Bought a 2018 ChR in May 2017 (my 4th Toyota to purchase, our family has bought 10+). At 45K miles had to get transmission replaced, still under warranty thank goodness! (August 2020).
I’m currently at 97K miles… and guess what!?! Need another transmission! I have called to get a case started, no response as of yet. So disappointing coming from a true Toyota family.

Hi seems like many of us are impacted. I have a 2020 CHR with the same issue. Do you have any bulletin’s on this?

I had ours replaced 3 weeks ago. Dealer said there were 11 in Chicago inventory. I would verify w/Toyota corporate directly if you haven't already. Please keep us posted. (Would be interested in your aprox. location, driving style, did you get it new or used, any maint. on it)

Same issue in San Diego. Any information helps

File a complaint with the NHTSA.
I called and spoke to them when my transmission went. They have received minimal complaints for an investigation. IF everybody that posted on this forum, submitted a complaint online, we could have an investigation, which Id assume would prompt Toyota to act.
