Building my exhaust

Cool that you do it yourself !

Is there a lack of aftermarket options that have forced you to fabricate an exhaust yourself? Or do you merely want more control over how it looks and sounds? Just from searching around a bit online, I haven't really been able to find any aftermarket exhaust systems.

It would be cool if someone on a community like this can come up with headers as often that contributes to a lot of good sound and performance improvement over the rest of the exhaust system.

No lack of aftermarket , but the systems ive seen range from 800 and up and are for the 1.2 turbo or hybrid system and wont fit on our model. This system will cost me about 500 in materials. Id rather fabricate it myself anyways as thats what i do.

Not surprising that the aftermarket systems are so expensive, I'm sure its only a matter of time until we see some more affordable knock off brands. Have you swapped out the stock intake or plan on doing so? I have a feeling down the line we may see a production TRD trim for this car, so is only a matter of time until aftermarket/mods and kits become widely available.
