Aftermarket Fog Lights

Bought my C-HR the other day. The dealer had already installed hood and fender protection (useless to me). I'd much rather they had installed fog lights. Nothing says 'cheap car' like black disks where fog light lights should go. Rather than pay Toyota $400 to install their fog light accessory I'd rather get aftermarket LED style fog lights. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any kits for the C-HR in my searches. Suggestions?

That's a really tough one as I would have to see the complete diagram of the size and bracket setup, etc. So far I haven't seen any aftermarket options directly, but if we could find out if the C-HR uses the same fog lights from the 86, they have a lot of options for those guys. I can't see why they would be different though.
Even the base model (which I have) in UK spec has front fog lights, even though there's no legal requirement to fit them, at least one rear fog light is however a legal requirement here.
Could you take a photo of the rear fog light on with the UK spec? How bright is it? I've always really liked them and would like to install it on the US spec... not needed but, it does look pretty darn cool!

Do you know if it came from the factory with a rear fog or was that dealer-installed? Wouldn't be surprised if it was dealer-installed.
They would come like that from factory.

On their other products that have the rear fog assemblies, if you take it out on the NA models, it's a sealed enclosure and there's an area with a circle "etched" in that you would have to cut into in order to install a light in there.
If you can order a set of OEM fog lights for the C-HR, then your local garage should be able to cut a clean hole and plug it in? That's what it sounds like to me.
I ordered an OEM fog light kit from ebay and installed it by myself, it was pretty easy.

It would be cool if you could give a link to the one you bought. Can you also explain the process a little bit, please?
Send us pics! Can you tell me what's involved in replacing the fog lights? Do I need to remove the engine compartment bottom protection plate? That would be a pain for me cause I'm a driveway mechanic... ?
Here is the pics and link

let me start a new topic to explain how to install the OEM fog lights.
Ugh...I was hoping that it would be easier than that. Thanks!
I bought OEM fog light kit off Amazon for $119 + Installation service for $100 more. I think it’s a good deal unless the technician asks for extras when I show up at their garage.
By the way, I went to my trusty mechanic and he said it would take 3 hours and he wanted $300 for the service.
I can’t post link yet because new member...
You get the fog lights installed yet, curious where the wiring was brought into the cabin at?

Please post pics of it. I'm in the process of getting front/rear fogs on my car. But I need to know if the wiring is there...
And while you have the front bumper cover off, you can also upgrade that puny horn. Rear fog lights? - must be a Euro thing.

I'd love to replace the horn! It's pathetic!

I've had my C-HR since October and I've honestly never have used the horn. Yet this thread has me curious. I'll have to check it out later today.
