|Kevin||Update: Toyota Canada has a fix that come out today for the EPB malfunction issue.|

Did. Not an option "at this time". They are going to attempt to fix the issue. Only problem with that is no set time frame for them to come up with a fix. Car is still drivable, just the EPB not operational.
We used the terms "lemon" and "Friday afternoon car" already to the dealer.

EPB Malfunction message
we just purchased our 2018 C-HR Premium and are have the message "EPB malfunction visit your dealer" appear. Brought it to the dealer and were told that there is currently no fix for this issue. Dealer said they spoke to Toyota Canada and were told not to attempt to fix the issue on their own and that Toyota Canada would "look into" finding a fix. This EPB malfunction also seems to be effecting the cruise control system. When the EPB malfunction message appears on the screen, if I attempt to engage the cruise control, I get a "cruise control malfunction message pop up. These seem to be related as if I attempt to engage the cruise control when the EPB malfunction message has not come up, the cruise control will work fine. It will only not work if I attempt to engage it after the EPB malfunction message appears.
As you can see in the picture, less than 500km on the vehicle.
Is there anyone else having this same issue?
