Can you tell me what is that expansion that you're talking about? please, and what other choices I can get with more options than the factory unit can provide for less?

The expansion module is a part number PT296-12170, basically plug and play unit that piggybacks on the radio and adds nav to existing HU. As for aftermarket go to Crutchfield web site and pick and chose any double din NAV radio. For the $700 plus you can pick a unit that will have NAV as well as CarPlay and even iDatalink. IData can be integrated to car functions like displaying tire pressure, engine functions etc. So for the money you can have much more functions than just NAV. Many gust already have don the swaps and there is plenty of threads on the forum with pictures as well as many details. Good luck.

I bought the PT296-12170 but I dont know where I can set the GPS antenna in my C-HR. The manual that I am using to install the navigation upgrade kit is for the model iM. Someone can help me up with that portion?

Try this site, look for touch to go installation manual. Like any other GPS antenna you can mount it anywhere under the dash, just try to keep it as high as possible.

iPhone MirrorLink on 2018

There's a USB input that allows the HU to read my phone. Not to mention the Bluetooth connection. All steering controls & microphones integrate perfectly. My question is: Shouldn't it be possible to Mirror-Link our iPhones to this POS Infotainment system?
