Oil drain valve

This is a little early, since I think most of us got that 2 years of free oil change.

But I asked the toyota dealer, and the oil nut part number is 90341-12012 which is pretty common. Emailed Fumoto and confirmed with their customer service guy Andrew that their 103 lines will fit.

Ordered the F103S for future ease of oil change.

How do you drain the oil now without the valve? Is it a bolt or nut under the C-HR?

Some people have found that some dealer likes to just over-torque everything. I hope this won't void the warranty though, since this'll literally makes their job easier and less messy.

Oh god I hate those things when they're stuck.
Shouldn't void warranty unless the Toyota service people can prove that it caused something in the car to malfunction. But it's best to ask first I suppose.

and they get stuck, and they get stripped, because the oil changing places just use a hammer drill with NO care about proper torquing... So I figured if I make their job easier at least they won't damage my car...

Right???? Right...?

once the nylon seal wears out of this valve you're going to need a hammer to get your pistons to move again and if you're going to a dealer that can't properly tighten you drain plug I'd do it my self
