Daytime Driving Ligths

Has anyone tried installing daytime driving light front or rear

Yes. I tried installing fronts that would also turn Amber with turn signal. Bought off eBay from China. They do not fit in the opening. I guess there are differences in the Asian cars.

Sounds like there are differences between what's sold in Asia and the rest of the world. Thought it would just be engine or trim differences, but light sizes as well. That means you have to go local for something that fits.

We have the JDM bumper here in Europe.
Have genuine Toyota DRL lights for frontbumper from Japan. Fits perfect only wiring is not plug&play.

My Toyota mechanic did that. Dont have specific info about it.

There seem to be bunch of different options for DRL on the CH-R. Not sure why Toyota didn't have them included from factory. The place is already there and as of now its only being occupied by a piece of plastic. Anyways here's some pics of the different set ups. For the rear it looks like you can covert the reflectors to brake lights.
